The district can be divided into three main parts.

1. Viziváros, which has more of an urban character, there are mainly older high rise buildings. Here you can find Mammut shopping center.

2. Rózsadomb, which is one of Hungary's most prestigious Greenbelt districts, where you can find mainly small apartment houses, and luxury villas, and family houses. The advantage is the good infrastructure. There are many international kindergartens, schools, clinics and smaller shopping malls. It is highly recommended for families with small children and for nature lovers.( the Buda hills offer excursion routes)

Both the city center and nature is nearby.  The distance from the downtown is 10 minutes by car.

3. Pesthidegkút., 2/ A.  It is recommended for people whose children will be attending either the French school or the American international school. This area has a very different village feel.It's closer to nature with birds tweeting,  than to the city center.

The main advantage is  favorable prices, better price value. Distance to the downtown approximately: 30  minutes by car
